A sapphire and diamond flower head ring in 18ct gold, composed of a central faceted sapphire approximately measures 4.6 mm across, encircled by six slightly tinted brilliant-cut diamonds, claw set to a flower head mount with pointed petals, further embellished with smaller diamonds on the shoulders, to a flat shank with cheniers, London hallmarked '18', 1968, ring size P½, ring head measures 13.2 mm across, weighs 5.0 grams.
