A Scottish agate specimen brooch pendant. The brooch having a domed centre set with agate specimens framed by a lattice work of etched gold decorated banding and framed by blood stone and jasper. The brooch having hinged pin and C clasp verso. Unmarked surface tests indicate gold. Weight 23.7g. All weights, measurements and sizes are approximate.
