Admiral Grindall's Tea Leaf Spoon. 18th Century. A Georgian Rococò Silver 'Fancy-Back' Mote Spoon. The plain tapering handle terminating with a diamond point finial, the oval bowl pierced with scrolls crosslets and a fleur-de-lys and chased with an anthemion type shell in the rococo style.
With the English marking of a Lion Rampant and other markings to the rear of the handle.
