We now believe this is a print. There is an area of restoration to the top right. The picture is beneath glass. There is a white crease/marks to the top centre. There is all over staining, particularly to the lower part of the picture. There is a signature to the centre right side. There are surface marks, fading and stains to the frame. Is a period picture. Has possibly been cut or restored, but can't be sure.
