Conditions of Sale:

If an item is guaranteed, but found not to be working we will have to be advised by the Friday following the sale and the money will be refunded. However, you must make us aware at your earliest convenience.

If an item is not guaranteed, it is sold as spares or repairs.

Buyers Commission:
Buyers commission is 20% + VAT (20%) on a hammer price.
There is an additional surcharge for online Premium buyer of 3%

Collection:
We are open for collection on Monday and Tuesday between 10 am and 5 pm. No appointment needed for the collection.

Payment Terms:
BANK TRANSFER OR CASH ON COLLECTION.
We will send you an invoice by the end of the sale, please arrange a bank transfer on the details provided on the invoice before coming to collect. Alternatively, we accept cash on collection.

We ask that all items are paid and removed from the saleroom by 5 PM on Tuesday. Storage fee will apply as follows:
Storage Charges of £5 per lot per day will be levied to ALL accounts if they are not collected within the given times.

No items may be removed until payments have been confirmed as received.
Postage & Packaging

It is the responsibility of the buyers to arrange packaging, collection or postage of any lots purchased within 2 working days of the sale.

The auctioneers accept no responsibility for any packaging carried out by any member of their staff or on their premises by a third party. Appropriate insurance is recommended to be taken out by the buyer; the auctioneer accepts no liability for any damages caused during the postal process.

For small items such as watches, jewellery silver, etc, we are prepared to pack these and post them via Parcel Force (Trackable, dependent on the weight) to UK addresses at a minimum cost of £15.

Prices may vary depending on box size/weight and amount of items sent. (Max weight 25 kg)
