REGISTRATION:

All bidders should register with us, for customers who have previously registered this is automatic, also registration for internet bidding is completed via www.easyliveauctions.com

COMMISSION (BUYERS):

Charged at 18% of the hammer price of the lots.
At the present time the company expect to fall under the threshold for VAT Registration, therefore VAT is not charged.

Most items in fact are currently ZERO rated.

For users of ‘Easy Live Auction’ commission is charged at 21% of the hammer price.
Alternatively Easy Live Auction offer a pre-paid flat fee of £3 per auction, meaning the standard 18% commission is charged, regardless of invoice amount.

BIDDING:

TELEPHONE - Please contact us if you require a telephone line to bid live during the sale
Telephone bids attract the lower buyers commission of 18%.

Please book your lines early, as we have limited capacity, on a first come first served basis.

ON-LINE/INTERNET - A very popular platform hosted by www.easyliveauction.com
Please note the Buyers Commission for internet bids is 21% to cover Easy Live Auction charges.

Please register yourself via the platform to bid live during the sale.

LETTER/EMAIL/FAX - The most popular way to bid, please fill in an absentee bid form found with the catalogue or on our website. The auctioneer will action your bids live during the sale.

Please indicate your MAXIMUM BID.

PAYMENT:

Within 48 hours of the sale ending, our office will issue an invoice detailing your winning lots. Wherever possible this will include a quote for postage and packing charges, we will try to find you a competitive rate based on the value and weight of the lot(s) you have purchased.

The invoice will include BANK DETAILS for BACS transfer, our preferred payment method.

For clients unable to complete bank transfers, customers can request an I-ZETTLE invoice, which can be paid using most major DEBIT or CREDIT CARDS.

I-ZETTLE is a secure internet gateway for Credit & Debit Card payments.
Customers collecting their goods from our warehouse in person can pay via CHIP & PIN or contactless.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently accept card payments over the telephone.

LOT DESCRIPTIONS:

Items sold in our auctions are normally old antiques, sold on an 'As, Is' basis, subject to all faults, imperfections and errors of description.

It should be noted that all bidders should be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the condition of items prior to bidding.

Condition reports are an expression of opinion only and should not be relied upon by the bidder or buyer.
Initial invoices will include a competitive quote for postal and packing charges.

It is also possible for customers to collect items from our warehouse in Birmingham, UK.
