Viewing:
Friday May 27th between 10am - 6pm and from 9an on sale day, auction starts 10am. If you're unable to view lots in person or have any queries, please use the free condition report service. Post-sale claim(s) will not be upheld unless we have provided you with a written condition report prior to commencement of the auction.
Each lot unless otherwise stated in the lot description is offered as found and electrical items not tested. Dimensions are approximate and displayed in centimetres in H x W x D format unless stated otherwise.
Payments:
Our preferred payment is by bank transfer to the following account: Account Name: Saturday Auction, Sort Code: 402027, Account No: 91624806 - (Please quote your buyers number as the reference).
Payment for lots that remain unpaid by 4pm on Tuesday following the auction will be taken from your debit card registered with easyliveauction.com.
COLLECTIONS - Strictly by appointment only and between 10am - 4pm, please use our
online booking system https://saturdayauction.co.uk/collections/
ALL lots must be paid for in full and collected, or at least have arrangements for collection
made via email by 4pm on the Thursday following the sale by the latest.
Uncollected lots after this time will be subject to storage fee of £2.50 per lot per day.
For buyers arranging their own courier or third-party collection we require written
instructions via email from the purchaser providing the name of the courier / person
collecting. Photographic I.D. is required from any courier / person not known to us.
Items that we are not dispatching via our in-house shipping service are not eligible to be
packed by us and will be handed over to your collector unpacked unless you have ordered
our packing-only option.
RELEASE OF GOODS - No goods will be released until full payment has been received
(including any storage fees if applicable) and a paid invoice produced.
SHIPPING - We offer an in-house shipping service for items offered within our auction.
A postal group has been added to each lot description that relate to the following flat fee
pricing structure to simplify things when buying at distance.
Group (A) - £12 for the first lot, £3 for each additional lot from Group (A) and within the
same parcel (maximum weight of up to 5kg).
Packing only option for your own courier collection £6 and £2 for each additional lot in the
same parcel.
Group (B) - £16 for the first lot, £4 for each additional lot from Group (B) and within the
same parcel (maximum weight of up to 10kg).
Packing only option for your own courier collection £7 and £3 for each additional lot in the
same parcel.
Group (C) - £20 for the first lot, £5 for each additional lot from Group (C) and within the
same parcel (maximum weight of up to 15kg).
Packing only option for your own courier collection £8 and £4 for each additional lot in the
same parcel.
Group (D) - £25 for the first lot, £6 for each additional lot from Group (D) and within the
same parcel (maximum weight of up to 25kg).
Packing only option for your own courier collection £9 and £5 for each additional lot in the
same parcel.
COMBINED POSTAGE - You can mix postal groups, the initial price will always be the
highest priced group followed by the lower value group(s).
Example 1:
1 shipping group (A) and 2 additional group (A) items, maximum weight of up to 2kg.
Total cost £18 (£12+£3+£3)
Example 2:
1 shipping group (B) and 2 additional group (A) items, maximum weight of up to 10kg.
Total cost £22 (£16+£3+£3)
Example 3:
1 shipping group (C), 1 additional group (B) and 2 group (A) items, maximum weight of up to 15kg.
Total cost £30 (£20+£4+£3+£3)
If a combined parcel weight is exceeded, then the process begins again with a second
parcel.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 DAYS FOR GOODS TO BE DISPATCHED from the date of
payment / cleared funds. Some items may be outsourced to a third party packing and postal service. In such case your item(s) will take longer to reach you.
Prices shown are for UK mainland shipping only and with minimal insurance provision,
increased insurance cover available at higher rates, please contact us for pricing.
INTERNATIONL BIDDERS are requested to arrange their own shipping, associated packing
charges may apply.

for any loss or damage howsoever occasioned. You are bidding of your own free will and

DEFINITIONS;
(‘Auctioneers‘); means SaturdayAuction including its employees and agent(s) who act in every respect relating to the sale of all lots.
(‘Buyer(s)‘); means the registered person(s) who place prospective bids in order to purchase lots within the auction.
APPLYING TO BUYER(S);
All lots are sold as shown, with all faults, imperfections and errors of description and the Auctioneers shall not be liable for and do not accept responsibility for the authenticity, genuineness, date, age, period or condition or quality of any lot. In bidding, the Buyer(s) accept lots as shown/found, and the Auctioneers shall not be liable for errors of description express or implied as to any of these matters.
In-Person Bidding
Prospective Buyer(s) must, before commencement of the auction, register their full name, postal and email addresses, and contact number(s) with the Auctioneers (proof of I.D. maybe requested).
In making any bid the prospective Buyer(s) acknowledges that his/her attention has been drawn to these terms and conditions and that he/she agrees to be bound by them.
The highest bidder at the fall of the gavel shall be the Buyer(s). The advance of bidding shall be regulated by the Auctioneers who reserve the right to refuse any bid.
The Auctioneers reserve the right of absolute discretion in all disputes concerning the conduct of any sale and to re-offer, either immediately or in a future auction, any disputed lot.
In the case of lots upon which a Vendor has imposed a reserve the Auctioneers shall have the right to bid on behalf of the Vendor.
A Buyers premium on the hammer price is due to the Auctioneers for their own retention. Title of ownership of any lot shall not pass to the Buyer(s) until he/she has made payment to the Auctioneers of the full hammer price together with the Auctioneers premium by way of cash, bank transfer or debit card.

Absentee Bids
If instructed the Auctioneers will execute bids and advise prospective Buyer(s). This service is free. Lots will always be purchased as cheaply as is allowed by other bids and reserves. In the event of identical bids, the earliest bid will take precedence. There must always be a maximum limit indicated. ‘Buy’ or ‘Unlimited Bids’ will not be accepted. All bids are accepted exclusive of Auctioneers premium. You are bidding of your own free will, in doing so you agree with the above and to waive your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Online Bidding
We offer an online bidding service via the online platforms of easyliveauction.com and the-saleroom.com for Buyer(s) who cannot attend the auction in person.
Please note that any lots purchased via either platform will be subject to an additional charge at the rate imposed by them on the hammer price..
- Important Note; It is sometimes necessary to modify the terms of a specific auction sale. Please read and familiarise yourself with any subsequent modification of terms or other information which is published within the description area of lot 1 in each auction.
Removal & Payment
No lots may be removed without payment of the full hammer price together with the Auctioneers premium. All lots are at the risk of the Buyer(s) after his/her highest bid has been accepted by the Auctioneers. All lots must be removed at the risk and expense of the Buyer(s) and no later than 4pm on the Thursday during the week following the sale. Uncollected lots after this period will be removed, stored, and charged a storage fee of £2.50 per lot per day. The Auctioneers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever while lots are in their or their agents’ custody. In the event of any breach of these conditions by the Buyer(s) the Auctioneers reserve the right to re-sell any lot without further notice by public or private sale and any loss arising from such sale together with all charges and expenses shall be made good by the Buyer(s). The Buyer(s) shall be charged interest on any account unpaid for more than 7 days from the date of sale at the rate of 8% per month or part month, this will be in addition to the aforementioned storage costs. No lots are to be removed during the live auction without being previously paid for, and providing such removal will not cause disturbance to the live auction.

The Auctioneers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever or however occasioned to or sustained by any person(s), property or belongings during; public viewing, auction sale, or after the auction, however the same may arise.
