Lot numbers are provisional until the catalogue is finished, and will be changed when all lots are uploaded, prior to viewing days.
Our buyers premium has increased by 1.5% to 14%. You can thank the Welsh Senate for this.
You can now pay by your registered debit/credit card immediately by clicking the link on the invoice. Our usual payment methods are also still accepted.
Bidding live in house, internet, telephone and book/commission bids.

Please note that the new premises is on road parking only and you are limited to 45 minutes.
By viewing, or attending, you are responsible for any breakages and we expect you to pay should any occur.

As soon as the auction is live you will actually see what the early bidding is up to, prior to the lot being open on sale day. When you place an Autobid, you will see if the reserve has been met or not. This means that you can decide to bid more if you would like to.
All lots will start at £5 for early bidding purposes but some items will have reserve prices higher. If the reserve hasn't been met when the lot is opened on sale day, we will start the bidding on the reserve.

We now require payment of items immediately, by card (using the link on the invoice), bank transfer or by paypal unless collecting in person and paying cash. This is due to being let down on a number of occasions. If you aren't able to pay on receipt of your invoice, please message us in advance to discuss options. If not paid for within 72 hours of the sale ending, and you haven't contacted us, you will receive an automatic block for future sales. This will also have a knock on effect for bidding at other sale rooms too.
ITEMS NOT COLLECTED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE WEDNESDAY AFTER THE SALE, WILL HAVE £1 PER ITEM PER DAY STORAGE FEE ADDED UNLESS PRIOR AGREEMENT HAS BEEN REACHED
We have limited space available so collections need to be no later than Wednesday 18th December. Collection is similar to click and collect so you will need to message us for your preferred 15 minute time window. Collection days are Monday 10.15 - 4.45pm, Tuesday 10.15 - 4.45pm & Wednesday 10.15 - 4.45pm.
Even though items are sold as seen, we aim to be as fair as we can. You have 24 hours from receipt of your items to make sure we have listed it correctly. If we haven't we are happy to refund in full. We won't issue a refund after this time.
If you require postage please use the 'request shipping' link on the invoice. Packaging will be done 4-5 days after the sale. We aim to have items with you asap. We will send tracking details when on route. Again you have 24 hours from receipt of the parcel to contact us if there is an issue. Anything after that will not be considered for a refund.
ALL BUYERS AND SELLERS WILL SEE A FUNDRAISING FEE OF £1 PER SALE ON INVOICES. IF YOU REGISTER TO BID, OR SELL WITH US, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS FEE.
WE ARE RAISING MONEY TO SEND YOUNG CARERS OUT FOR THE DAY DURING HALF TERM SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.
WE ARE ARRANGING TREATS FOR ALL SCHOOL HALF TERM HOLIDAYS, LIKE CINEMA, MEALS, ICE SKATING OR EVEN JUST A DAY ON THE BEACH WITH ICE CREAMS AND LUNCH ETC.
PICTURES DO ACT AS PART OF THE DESCRIPTION. WE DO TRY AND DETAIL ANY DAMAGE BUT SOMETIMES MISS THINGS SO ITEMS ARE SOLD AS SEEN. IF YOU HAVE VIEWED OR HAVEN'T REQUESTED A CONDITION REPORT, WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND UNLESS WE GUARANTEE THE ITEM.
ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE PLUGGED IN ON ARRIVAL TO SEE IF THEY POWER UP ONLY. ITEMS AREN'T GUARANTEED UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE SO VIEWING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ITEMS ARE NOT PAT TESTED UNLESS STATED AND WE ADVISE HAVING THEM PROFESSIONALLY LOOKED AT BEFORE HOME USE.
COLLECTION :- WHEN COLLECTING ITEMS PLEASE ADHERE TO OUR GUIDELINES AND STICK TO THE TIME WINDOW AGREED IN ADVANCE.

Please remember that if you are the winning bidder then you MUST pay for the item. If you do not you will automatically be banned from bidding at our future sales. Your details will be passed on to all other auction houses and credit agencies and will have an adverse effect on your future.
We accept cash, Bank Transfer and Paypal as a last resort. Goods must be paid for by close of business 3 days after the sale. If you are unable to collect within 48 hours please contact us prior to bidding as we only have a limited amount of space.
If any items are paid for but aren't collected, and you haven't contacted us to let us know, there will be a storage fee of £1 PER LOT PER DAY UNTIL COLLECTED.
You are welcome to carefully examine all lots but any breakages are your responsibility and will need to be payed for at the current estimated market value
All items are sold as seen unless we specifically guarantee them. You have a 24 hour period from receiving the item to contact us if there is a problem. If you leave it longer than that we cannot offer any refunds unless we have blatantly mis-represented the lot.
Anything electrical comes without pat testing unless we specifically state that the test is current.
It is advised to get any electrical or gas items professionally tested before personal use
There is a 14% buyers premium on top of the hammer price
Large items/furniture need to be taken by 5pm the following day
We do offer local delivery for a small fee so please ask for a quote
Postage and packaging guide:
We can package and post items if required, in house within the UK.
International bidders are welcome, and we can also provide shipping internationally. Please ask us for a shipping guide prior to bidding to avoid any confusion post sale.
NB: It is of paramount importance to be aware of restricted items into your country. We will not be held responsible if you ship items which are banned, and that are seized by your country's customs and immigration.
UK bidders approx price guides:
Any gold, silver or coins etc, will come Royal Mail special delivery. Also smaller items with a higher than £100 value will usually be posted using the same but prices may vary from £10 - £20, depending on size and weight.
For other items we offer this guide:
Shoe box size parcel up to £25 in value and up to 2 kg weight £8.95. If over £25 in value it will be £1 extra for every £10 over the £25
Banana box size parcel up to £25 in value and 10 KG weight £12.95. if over £25 in value it will be £1 extra for every £10 over the £25
Oversized and heavier parcels please request a shipping guide prior to bidding as could be expensive.
We are happy to package, for a pre arranged fee, if you would like to arrange your own courier. Please be aware of our opening times though before arranging to avoid any issues.
