1. Purchaser/Vendors: who bid on items are committed by law to see out the sale in
payment, ABC auctions gives 2 working days after auction finishes for payments to be
made. Please note we are a part time auction and we are only open from monday to Wednesday 10am - 4pm only
2. Lots may be grouped, withdrawn or divided at the discretion of the Auctioneer.
3. delivery only AUCTION if customer doesn't pay with in 3 days items are relisted and block from any further auctions no exceptions
3.1
any discrepancies must be reported to us with in 1 day of receiving parcels after this we cant look into
3.2 All lots SOLD as seen no returns or refunds granted or warranties given
3a please note we are a delivery only auction we will pack any item for despatch with great care and professional approach but please note we take no responsibility on items that arrived broken/damage buyer must take that up with royal mail,Parcel force ,buyers take this at own risk if an item is damaged we don't accept any reasonability for
3b delivery can take up to 14 days please be aware of this before bidding (normally it doesn't but its part of our terms and conditions if ur not prepare to wait up to 14 working days please dont bid
