1.The highest bidder to be the Purchaser,any disputes which arise shall be decided at the final discretion of the Auctioneer and any lot re-offered for sale if thought appropriate.
2.The Auctioneer reserves the right to regulate the amount of bids and also the right to refuse any bid.
3.The Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the Vendor and in cases where a reserve is fixed, to bid on the Vendors behalf, up to this price,but the Vendor may not also bid.
4.The Auctioneer reserves the right to consolidate, withdraw or alter any Lot.
5.The Auctioneer, acting as agent, confirms that neither he nor the seller are responsible for whatever fault or defects in any lot, or in the correctness of any statement as to the ownership , origin, , date, age, attribution, provenience, or condition of any Lot.
6.All statements made by the Auctioneer, with regard to Lots for sale are those of the opinion not to be relied upon as factual and intending Purchasers must satisfy themselves as to the description or nature of any Lot and its state of repair.
7.Neither the Auctioneer, nor the seller , make or offer to give, nor has any person in their employment any authority to give or make any representations of warranty.
8.All Lots to be at the Purchasers risk after the fall of the hammer.The Auctioneer will take no responsibility for goods subsequently damaged, stolen or otherwise lost.
9.The Purchaser to give their name and address and if required, to pay deposit in part payment.
10.All Lots purchased by one person will be deemed and taken as being in one contract.
11.No credit will be given to the Purchaser, the Auctioneer expecting all purchasers to settle their accounts at the close of the sale.
12.Any Purchaser failing to clear their Lots in accordance with the Conditions of Sale shall forfeit any deposit money to the Vendor and furthermore, all uncleared Lots may, either with or without Notice, be re-sold either by Auction or Private Treaty, at the option of the Auctioneer and all loss and expense shall be made good by the defaulter at this present sale.
13.Settlements by cheque,cash or Bacs Payment.
14.Usual 20% buyers premium on the hammer price.
