Cash In The Attic Goes Elite in Wakefield

Elite Auctions in Wakefield welcomed BBC favourite ‘Cash In The Attic’ down to their saleroom on the 8^th of June 2022. The crew visited to film a couple of episodes for the show due to go to air this autumn. Cash In The Attic hosted by ex-footballer Chris Kamara is a program that helps families turn hidden treasures they find in their homes into cash.

The staff at Elite were ecstatic to host the show in their sale room and knew it would be a real treat for our customers too, who turned up in plenty in hopes to get their TV debut. "This is also our first official tv appearance and we have loved showing off our saleroom and how we run it, to the cast and crew. They got an insight into what goes on behind the scenes and were even able to meet some of our regulars (who definitely gave them some tv gold moments)".

With weekly sales live on easyliveAuction and in the room every Wednesday, Elite Auctions are sure this won’t be their last tv appearance.

The production team post-sale even sent them an email titled ‘Elite by name, Elite by nature’ and praised them for ensuring the process was as smooth as possible.
