A collection of rare and vintage motorcycles, including many spare parts will be going under the hammer with H J Pugh Auctioneers on June 1st. Find out more here...

H J Pugh and Co auctioneers are delighted to hold their first auction in their new auction site in Ledbury on the 1st of June.

The very special first sale consists of over 100 vintage motorcycle and 500 lots of British motorcycle spares, which include some very rare items. There are expected to be a very high number of bidders for this sale, due to the nature of the lots and the scarcity of some of the items. Motorcycle restorers, mechanics, collector's and enthusiasts alike will be interested in this sale.

Over 20 of the motorcycles have come from one private collection, these bikes are the early BSA and Triumph motorbikes. Also from the same collection is a 1938 Matchless 1000CC V TWIN motorcycle and a very rare pre-war Triumph Tiger 100. Another very early motorcycle is the 1921 3.5HP Sunbeam, which all came from a deceased estate.

There are also a large number of spares which mainly consist of British spares, there is a large collection of Manx Norton and NOS Triumph spares.

Anyone interested in bidding on motorcycles themselves will be pleased to hear that H J Pugh has reduced the buyers premium to only 5% on lots 500-603.

You can browse the full catalogue here and sign up to bid LIVE online with us on the day if you can't make it down to the new saleroom.

The auction will be commencing at 10am at Hazel Meadows Auction centre, Ledbury, HR8 2LP. To request a catalogue or for more information please call 01531 631122
