Unique Auctions holds several auctions a month, including Antiques and General; Antiques and Collectables and Specialist Auctions, plus Property and Land Auctions, and private sale opportunities. We also sponsor and host several charity events throughout the year, as well as holding a variety of open day events for businesses and the general public.
In November 2017, Unique Auctions went through a major business redevelopment, moving to new larger premises at Teal Park, Lincoln, and extending our services, which has proved to be a resounding success, attracting national and international interest. The new premises incorporate larger, improved facilities that include five auction rooms, tea rooms and valuations rooms, areas for delivery and collection, and free parking for over one hundred vehicles.
In recent years, and with the continued developments of our business, auction sales have increased substantially. The sales are exciting offering many items from general to collectables and antiques, to fine furniture, ceramics and works of art, to the unique and unusual. Location
Unique Auction House is situated south west of the City of Lincoln, in the city’s prime commercial and business district, conveniently located to both the A46 Lincoln bypass and Whisby Road. The new facilities incorporate larger, improved facilities that include five auction rooms, offices, valuations rooms, tea rooms, and free parking for over a hundred vehicles, which is a necessity for our busy auction and viewing days.
