The buyer's premium for this sale is 29.8%. Lots sold are only released or shipped after payment. Lots shall be paid within 7 days from reception of the invoice. Following full payment they will be shipped to the buyer. JURISDICTION AND LAW The auction is subject to Dutch law. All disputes concerning the validity, the execution or the dissolution of the sale will be the exclusive competence of the courts of The Netherlands. If lots are not paid within 10 days from the reception of the invoice, from the 11th day a fee of 5 euro/day will be charged to each lot for storage.
