SOLD AS SEEN
Every car will have a window report giving you a description of the car along with its lot number. All our cars are “SOLD AS SEEN” which means that it is sold with all its faults and carries no guarantee whatsoever, and cannot be replaced under any circumstances. But don't let this put you off! Many large companies, finance houses, local authorities and franchised dealers will only sell their cars in this way.
GET YOUR BIDDING NUMBER
On auction day, a deposit of €150 will be needed for your bidding number. Bidding can only be done with a bidding number. This deposit is fully refundable if you do not have a winning bid. If you have a winning bid on the night this €150 will be deducted from your purchase price (T&Cs apply).
Deposit
Deposit will be paid back in the same terms as to which it was paid if you have no winning bids. (i.e., Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Electronic Transfer)
BID ON THE CAR
When a car passes through the auction hall, the auctioneer will start the bidding, if you would like to bid on the car you simply raise your bidding number in the air to catch the auctioneer’s attention or follow the steps online via EasyLive Auctions via our link . The auctioneer will then look back to you every time the bids are raised to see if you are still interested. As soon as the hammer falls, ownership legally passes to the successful bidder either in the auction hall or online
Buyers Fees
There is an additional charge on the hammer price of each Lot, which must be paid by the winning bidder. lots purchased online with www.easyliveauctions.com will attract an additional charge for this service, please ensure you read and agree to their terms and conditions.
Hammer Price
This is the sale price at the fall of them hammer. If you are the last bidder when the hammer falls you are the winning bidder.
**If you win a bid online you will be contacted within a few minutes of winning the bid for €150 deposit to secure the vehicle on the night ,failure to do so will result in the vehicle been put back through the auction at the end of the night **
Payment & Collection
If you are the successful bidder, you must proceed to the sales office to arrange payment and collection. Payment is accepted in cash, debit / credit card or by electronic funds transfer. You will have 48hrs from the fall of the hammer to pay for your car. If car is not paid for within 48hrs timeframe of the hammer falling the €150 deposit will be forfeit. There will be an additional charge of €10 per day after 2 working days for storage if is car not collected. Delivery can be organised through site office also if needed.
** Any purchases done with cheque will be held until cheque clears **
**You must organise your own insurance cover for all cars purchased at Blayney Car Auction. **
PROVISIONAL SALE
If a bid does not reach the reserve price set by the seller, this is called a Provisional Sale. All provisional sales require a deposit, as above, and the sales team will negotiate between the buyer and seller to see if an acceptable price can be agreed.
PLEASE NOTE: This Public Auction Lots inc. second-hand, ex-display and
damaged goods, sold as seen with no guarantees which is why Public Viewing is
available and recommended.

All Vehicles above €15,000 will be 5%.
