Angel Auctions is where professionalism, friendliness and results, we believe, are key. We pride ourselves on consistently bringing to our audience a good selection of fine quality to crème de la crème listings that encompass a wide, eclectic range from Rare pieces to Fine Art, Asian to Antique and Curios to Collectables.
All items will be fresh to market. We believe that for the connoisseur collector or for those just wanting that special item, Angel Auctions will be able to accommodate your needs. We specialise in Antique & Collectables Assignments, Estate Sales and Probate work. Through our Specialist Packing Department, we ship via Parcelforce throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide at competitive rates.

Buyers that have pre-registered for the auction will only be approved once we have received the following:
TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID IN PERSON, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:
1. Provide 2 forms of ID for any named purchasers.
2. Pay 10% deposit of the hammer price by BACS to the auctioneers clients account on the night if you are the successful bidder, plus the Buyers Fee of 2%+vat or £6,000 including vat, whichever the greater.
3. Sign & Exchange contracts on the evening of the auction.
4. Complete within 28 days of the auction date (unless otherwise specified in the auction pack)

As well as being live at Broome Park Estate Hotel, we will be hosting the auction online and we can also offer the option to telephone bid.
FOR ONLINE OR TELEPHONE BIDDING WE WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING NO LATER THAN 5PM THE DAY BEFORE THE SALE:
1. Photo id and proof of address received via email for any named purchasers (these need to be separate documents for example a passport & utility bill)
2. We are in receipt of signed contract which can be found in the property auction pack. – PLEASE CONFIRM WHICH PROPERTY YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SO THAT WE CAN FORWARD THE APPROPRIATE CONTRACT.
3. Evidence that funds are available to you, should you be successful.
4. As a 10% deposit of the hammer price plus buyers fee, will be expected to be paid on the evening of the auction via bacs transfer into our clients account (see details below). You will be required to set up Angel Auctions as a payee contact with your bank and evidence of this sent to us. NO CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED.

Registration Deadline
Please note that registration at your earliest convenience is advisable. All registrations for remote bidding must be received by 5pm on Tuesday, 15th April 2025. After you have submitted your remote bidding pack we will write to you to confirm that you're all set to bid. Bidding can be done via telephone, online or by placing a proxy bid with the auctioneer. Anti-Money Laundering Regulations
All bidders will be required to provide by email to the agents on info@angelauctions.co.uk a copy of their photographic identification and proof of address prior to their registration being approved.

Contract of sale
All bidders will be required to provide a signed copy of the contract either by hard copy or scanned original via email to info@angelauctions.co.uk prior to their registration being approved. The signed contract will be required for further completion at the fall of the hammer at which point the contracts will be exchanged between the parties for completion within 28 days.
